What is Marlow Living?
Marlow Living is an exciting new app-based, crafted with the community of Marlow at heart. Each month, offers will be added for you to use across retailers and restaurants in the local area. Using your offers is easy – simply check the terms and conditions before using and follow the instructions on your screen, then click redeem when you are paying the bill!
How do I join Marlow Living?
Joining is so easy, all you have to do is sign up on our website and subscribe to Marlow Living. From there, download our Marlow Living app on Google Play or the Apple Store depending on your mobile device. Once you download the app, log in and enjoy browsing all the available offers that are currently live.
How much does Marlow Living cost?
A subscription to Marlow Living costs just £4 a month and is paid monthly by signing up through our website. When you subscribe, the £4 a month is automatically taken via direct debit monthly.
How long do I have to sign up for?
You can cancel anytime, however at just £4 a month for a whole host of offers and savings in the local area, we know you’ll love it!
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership. You can do this via Stripe by logging into their account on the website and cancel their subscription within there. If you have any issues, simply get in touch via our Contact Us form online and let us know. We would love to know the reason why you are choosing to cancel, so that we can improve our service if necessary.
Who can I speak to about my membership?
Our amazing team are on hand with any questions or queries you might have. We know the local area like the back of our hands, so whatever you need to know about your membership, we’ll have the answer. Simply get in touch using our Contact Us form.
Which retail stores are included?
We have so many local restaurants, shops, hair & beauty services and many more on board! You can find a full Directory of retailers here.
How do I redeem my offers?
To redeem your offers, simply click on the voucher, head to the destination and show your offer on the app there. Sometimes, you may need to read the terms and conditions and quote a code when booking your table, or you may have to surface the offer before ordering. Either way, make sure you’ve read and understood how to redeem an offer and speak to a member of staff at the venue should you have any questions.
What offers do I get?
There are a whole range of venue-specific offers, with up to 50% off to use! Each of the offers have individual terms and conditions and change on a regular basis, allowing you to enjoy new and exciting offers every month.
Where can I use my offers?
You can use your offers in the venue stated on each offer. Each offer within the app will clearly state where it can be used, with details on where to find it when you click into the offer. These offers cannot be transferred to any other retailer, restaurant, or venue.
How long do my offers last?
The longevity of the offers will differ, so please read the terms and conditions carefully to ensure you use the offer within the allotted time and avoid disappointment. Once the offer expires, it cannot be used.
Can I use offers together in the same transaction?
Only one offer can be used in each transaction. If a retailer or restaurant has two or more offers available to be used, these cannot be used at the same time unless stated within the information in the offer. If unclear, please ask the venue prior to visiting.
