The Terms and Conditions below govern your use of the Marlow Living Website and Service. Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Marlow Living App Website and associated mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Loyalty Local Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions, then you should not use the website or access the Service.
- Offer Listings & Terms and Conditions Tab
- The Service provides listings of offers within the app along with Terms and Conditions associated with each offer.
- Customer Checkout & Registration
- Users must complete the Stripe checkout process to become paying members.
- Successful checkout registers the user as a Marlow Living member using the same email for app login.
- Members must make sure that their information is correct and up to date at all times. If any change of status occurs, members are required to update their account or inform Marlow Living of any changes. Please see the Privacy Notice as to the information that we will hold on you.
- Marlow Living Member Access & Offer Exploration
- Registered Marlow Living members have access to explore all available offers within the app.
- Registered Marlow Living members have access to a virtual member card within the app.
- Geo-Location-Based Push Notifications
- The Service uses geo-location recognition to send push notifications to the locked screen when the user is within a specified area.
- If the app is open, a related banner is displayed for the recognised offer.
- Interaction with Notifications/Banners
- Tapping the notification or banner directs the user to a specific card page displaying the relevant offer.
- This card page includes the customer’s name and concise details. Screenshots are prohibited for security purposes.
- Discount Tracking and Usage
- User interactions with offers are tracked to monitor the number of discount openings.
- Payment Failure Handling
- In case of a payment failure through Stripe, customers are notified through Stripe’s notification system about the failed payment.
- Notification indicates an attempt to charge the payment again within (7) days if the initial payment fails.
- If the payment fails repeatedly after the specified duration, the app is notified to close the account.
- Account closure due to repeated payment failures initiates cancellation of the associated Marlow Living membership.
Businesses
- All companies listed on the Marlow Living Website and App reserve the right to add, amend or withdraw their offer at any time
Marlow Living may feature offers that are redeemed via a third party business website that isn’t managed or maintained by Marlow Living, and therefore can not be liable for errors or content held on these sites. This includes if an offer isn’t working, out of date or incorrect.
Prohibited Activities
- Any attempt to abuse the app, fraudulently access offers, or share login information with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to the Service.
- Marlow Living reserves the right to remove any user from the site, freeze their account and revoke their membership without prior warning if it feels the member is a breach to security or could be in the future.
- Marlow Living reserves the right to remove any user found to be abusing the available offers, and can do so without consent of the member.
Membership Term
Your membership is continuous and will automatically renew on your renewal date for the agreed reoccurring term unless you notify us via our online cancellation process, further details of which are available under our FAQs.
By agreeing to an auto renewing product, you are giving us permission to take subsequent payments from the same payment method.
If you wish to change your payment method, you will need to manage this in your website account before a payment is due
Refunds or credits are not provided if you cancel your membership within the current term.
We may change our prices from time to time; any price changes will apply no earlier than 14 days following notice to you and will take effect on the date your next payment is made. If you do not want to accept a price change you can cancel your membership before the change takes effect. Details on how to cancel can be found in our FAQs.
It is your responsibility to advise us of a new email address so we can keep your details up to date.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
